How could the disciples carry on the work of building God's kingdom if they didn't understand kingdom business?

Jesus used the concept of fishing to show Peter the fisherman, how he would be catching men for the kingdom. 

How can you teach the simple Gospel that hasn't been taught and discipled in churches if you can't even explain the genius and expertise you have inside you?

If anybody needed a Saviour it was David. 

But yet…

God called him a man after His own heart (1 Samuel 13:14).

Not perfect by any means. But still successful and worthy of mention in The Word. 

Your job is to steward your gifts to the best of your ability and walk in obedience as God leads. 

Do that and you'll have a track record of impact that won't be overshadowed because of your imperfections. 

A puzzle is a thing but in order to see it's true beauty you have to go through a process. 

God has given you the pieces. Just like with a puzzle, you start with the ones you know for sure. 

The edges. The obvious patterns. And then you make your way through the unknown sections bit by bit. 

As a leader, your job is to make it easy for people to get into the space where transformation will take place. 

They already have so many barriers - limiting beliefs, doubts, fears - that keep them back. 

Don't make it even harder by using language that shuts them out. Your message won't land and the impact will be lost.

The simpler you can explain a concept the more people can feel included. 

And that's a great thing for you. The more of your ideal audience you can make feel seen and included, the better they will engage with you. 

Some people think they don’t have any talents at all. And if you’ve believed that your whole life then that may be holding you back from greatness.
